Michael Gough se narodil 23. listopadu 1917 v Kuala Lumpur Francis Atkins a Francisi Goughovi. Vzdělání získal na Rose Hill School a poté na Durham School. "Je zde nejasnost o tom kdy jsem se narodil. Moje sestra říká, že to bylo v roce 1916. Ztratil jsem svůj rodný list, tak nevím." Debutoval v roce 1948 ve snímku BLANCHE FURY jako Laurence Fury a od té doby již byl hojně obsazovaný. V historickém dramatu RICHARD III. v roce 1955 ztvárnil jednoho z vrahů vévody… (více)
